With a large capacity, our 15 L percolator can serve between 70 and 100 cups. This machine will allow you to make quality Italian coffee while preserving its flavours and aromas. Coffee is kept warm throughout its use. It is equipped with spout to facilitate service.

Description

  1. Connect the percolator (220 V).
  2. Fill the percolator with water (15 L maximum) : an external indicator allows you to measure the volume of water. 
  3. Add the coffee (750 g of coffee for 15 L of water, ) to the metal filter on the upper part of the percolator.
  4. Switch on the machine.
  5. Wait 30 minutes before serving the coffee.
